Construction of Gradski Hotel commenced in Belgrade

In the location of the former city neighborhood in Jug Bogdanova Street in Belgrade, the construction of Gradski Hotel (City Hotel) has started recently.

Rough construction works should be completed in eight months and followed by finishing works, Novosti reports.

- According to the project, the hotel will comprise about 2,000 square meters of space and 42 rooms. The idea is to make it a small family hotel. Gradski Hotel will have a garage on three underground floors, the ground floor featuring a gallery, and five overground floors - Novosti writes.

The investor is Dragan Djordjevic, the project author is the architectural bureau Artprojekt, whereas the contractor is Zemun-based Inkop.
