Draft of amended Bankruptcy Law published

The Economy Ministry published Tuesday a draft of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Bankruptcy Law, which calls for the establishment of the Chamber of Bankruptcy Managers as a new non-profitable professional association of bankruptcy managers.

The Chamber drafts a code of professional conduct, issues and renews work permits for bankruptcy managers, revokes licenses, updates the address book of bankruptcy managers and manages other activities stipulated by law.

As Economy Minister Sasa Radulovic said earlier, the new Bankruptcy Law will also secure bigger rights for workers.
