Gergov acquires 95 percent stake in Direct Media

Bulgarian businessman Krasimir Gergov, the new owner of the Direct Media company, says that all details pertaining to the acquisition of that company previously owned by Dragan Djilas have been completed, adding that he will now be its majority owner.
He claims in an interview with Blic that he has bought 95 percent of Direct Media shares, explaining that the rest of shares will remain in the possession of the company management. The property transfer process is underway, and all information about this will be available in the Business Register Agency (BRA) upon its completion.
Gergov did not want to reveal the price at which he bought the stake in Direct Media.
Gergov also says that his aim is to make Direct Media a leader in the media and advertising market of entire southeast Europe.
