Government gives green light for PBB-PSB merger

The Serbian government gave the green light on Friday for the transfer of deposits and part of the assets of Privredna Banka AD Beograd (PBB) to the Postal Savings Bank (PSB).

A proposal for the merger of Privredna Banka AD Beograd and the Postal Savings Bank was submitted by the Finance Ministry which said that the aim of that proposal was to preserve the stability of the country's financial system.
