At the end of the projection, the public greeted the young author and his team, Mladen Jankovc, the director of photography, Veljko Kuzmancevic, composer, and others among them, with the second applause.
The documentary in which Malagurski appears as guide and narrator promotes the best Belgrade has to offer.
In an original, funny and interesting manner, the movie shows Serbian capital through the eyes of its citizens. Novak Djokovic is also among the interviewed as the most famous Belgrade citizen. The movie shows rich history of the city, its cultural and natural richness, rich night life, huge gastronomic offer and all other things Belgrade is proud of.
It was shot in English in order to attract tourists but it was also appealing to the local audience who had the opportunity to see their city in the best way possible and to discover some interesting things about the city they live in.
The Ministry of Culture of Serbia, the City of Belgrade, and numerous sponsors supported the project and the portion of funds was collected through donations of ordinary people – our people in diaspora and foreigners who like Belgrade.
Distribution on local and foreign televisions is underway and DVD with a booklet including data on how to visit Belgrade is being discussed with the Tourism Organization of Belgrade.
