(RS) "Poteza Adriatic fund" increased capital of Nova banka AD Bijeljina

The assembly of stockholders of Nova banka AD Bijeljina has approved increase in capital invested in that bank by "Poteza Adriatic fund". By this act, Slovenian fund acquired significant share in the ownership of the bank. This big event will have much influence on further strengthening of market position of Nova banka. On the basis of achieved successes, "Poteza" gathered international and Slovenian investors around the region of Southeast Europe. Nova banka is private bank founded in 1999 and, since then, it has developed all kinds of modern banking products on 70 locations all around BiH.
