Sunoko, the company owned by Miodrag Kostic, has recently acquired additional 385,600 shares in Nis-based AIK Banka, thus increasing its stake in the bank to 21.63 percent.
The biggest sellers in large transactions in late September were foreig shareholders SEE Capital Group (220,184 shares) and Aida Asset Association Aktinge (150,000 shares).
The share price in aforementioned transactions was at RSD 1,580 with the bank's market cap being at RSD 14.3 billion (EUR 125 million).
If Sunoko's stake in AIK Banka is added to the stakes held by related parties, it can be concluded that Miodrag Kostic currently holds nearly 25 percent of shares, which makes him the largest individual shareholder of this bank.
