Bulgarian "Brikel" became new owner of corporation "Trayal" from Kruševac - 12m EUR

Bulgarian company "Brikel" EAD Galabovo has become the majority owner of Kruševac-based "Trayal" corporation.

"Brikel" bought 76.9% of total "Trayal's" assets for 12.12m EUR, that is, 70% of public and 100% of State-owned assets.

Bulgarian company obliged to realize investment program worth more than 25m EUR.

By the way, "Trayal" is the biggest exporter in the Rasina region. Car tyres dominate in the total export potential and the biggest buyers are countries of EU and USA.
