Jeanci Serbia to hire another 500 workers by year's end

Turkish textile company Jeanci Serbia will hire nearly 500 people by the year's end, thus increasing the total number of factory workers to 770, it was announced Wednesday.

Jeanci in Turkey makes denim clothing for the world's most famous fashion companies, while its factory in Leskovac focuses on the manufacture of jeans for Antony Morato.

One of the two rented production facilities was toured Wednesday by Leskovac Mayor Goran Cvetanovic, who told the press on that occasion that the local self-government would help the company get an operating permit for the third facility as well.
