'Pivovarna Lasko' has started this month with sale of 'Radenska', 'Delo' and also Kosovo based brewery 'Birra Peja' from Pec.
'Vecer' in the majority ownership of 'Delo' is also in the procedure of sale. 'Pivovarna Lasko' estimates that these procedures won't be finalized by the end of the year.
The main reason of sale is high amount of debts and the long term goal can be achieved only with sale and reprogramming of other loans. The goal is financial stability and increasing the capital funds for the shareholders.
