Merging of Merkur and Delta ?

According to Slovenian newspaper Finance, the first man of Slovenian Merkur, Bine Kordež, spoke in Belgrade with Miroslav Mišković about merging of these two large trading systems.

Unofficially, this would help Merkur find new locations and, since Delta plans construction of huge business-trade center in Belgrade, of the similar organization as Ljubljana-based BTC, Merkur would become main supplier of the technical goods.
