The Government of Serbia adopted on the session held on Monday (September, 23, 2013) a Proposal of Laws on headquarters and areas of courts and public prosecutor offices. With this Law, there will be provided an equal distribution of work among courts in Serbia and thus all citizens will have easier access to justice.
With the Law proposal it is defined to increase the number of primary courts in Serbia to 66, and to reduce the number of court units, as it was announced on the Government's website.
