U.S. company EMC plans new investments in Serbia

U.S. company EMC, which specializes in information technologies, is interested in making new investments in Serbia, the representatives of this company confirmed today in a talk with Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.

EMC, one of the world's largest IT companies, has been operating in Serbia for six years now.

According to a release issued by Dacic's Office, the company is interested in investing in production and development, as well as data storage, data security, and the management of electronic documents.

Dacic said that the Serbian government was supporting the development of IT sector, adding that Serbia had both expert staff and good conditions for foreign investments in that sector.
