"Zmaj" for sale as real estate - €2.76m

After year and half from the sale of two units of "Zmaj", the Privatization Agency scheduled auction sale of the third part of this factory for May 19, 2005. Since "Zmaj" is company in restructuring, the real estate is for sale, not its assets, so that the new owner will not take over debts, which will be settled from the starting price. The starting price for the lot of 28,000 square meters is 224.9 million CSD or about €2.76m. The lot in the vicinity of Belgrade - Zagreb highway belongs to industrial zone and has complete infrastructure.

New owner will have to take over 200 workers, that is to finance their social program. The tender for sale of basic factory for production of agricultural machines should be announced in two months. Certain companies from Ukraine, Russia and India, as well as some European countries, used to be interested in procurement of "Zmaj".
