"Delta" and "Agrokor" to officially become strategic partners

Serbian and Croatian holding companies "Delta" and "Agrokor" announced today (November 14, 2006) that they would enter strategic partnership by merging their market chains "Delta M" and "Agrokor konzum".

That was announced by the general manager of "Delta group", Ivana Veselinović, and vice president of "Agrokor", Ljerka Purić, at the "round table" in hotel "Hyatt" on the regional economic linking on the territories of former Yugoslavia.

The representatives of these companies estimated that the taxation of the chains would liberate the potential of Serbian and Croatian companies that would be able to develop further in the region.
