Andreas Graf named new acting director of Vip Mobile Serbia

Current director of Vip Mobile in the Republic of Serbia, Tanasis Katsirubas, will assume the position of chairman of the Managing Board of Mobiltel in Bulgaria on 1 October 2013, where he will also be responsible for marketing during his term. Since Katsirubas is leaving, Vip Mobile Finance Director Andreas Graf is appointed as the company's acting director who is also in charge of marketing (CEO/CMO), the telecom firm said in a release.

- Bulgaria is today the most difficult market for the Telekom Austria Group. For this challenging task we have managed to recruit Tanasis Katsirubas, who is an exceptional expert on the Bulgarian market and one of the most experienced top telecom managers within the group - said Hannes Ametsreiter, chairman of the Managing Board of the Telekom Austria Group.

Speaking about the three successful years he has spent in Serbia, Katsirubas noted:

- With over 1.9 million subscribers and a significant market share of 20.6 percent, Vip Mobile has been a serious player in the market for a while now. These results also show that our users have really accepted us and that we've managed to offer a genuine alternative and innovative services, thus setting Serbia's telecommunications market in motion.
