Russians and Azerbaijani buy apartments in Dukljanski Vrtovi

The price of apartments in the luxury complex Dukljanski Vrtovi at Cape Zavala ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 euros per square meter. There is a great interest in these flats, and it now seems like luxury villas at Zavala will be mostly enjoyed by Russians and the Azerbaijani.

- Our market is focused on Russian citizens, but there have been many interested Azerbaijani lately. Prices range between 5,000 and 8,000 euros per square meter. For this price we offer a brand new dimension of luxury that I am sure only few other companies in Montenegro can offer - Milena Spahic, spokesperson for the tourist complex Dukljanski Vrtovi at Zavala, told the daily Blic Crna Gora.

By the way, Dukljanski Vrtovi has recently got a new beach and a restaurant. There is also a showroom for visitors.

- We plan to completely finish this complex by the end of the construction season 2014 - Milena Spahic told the daily Pobjeda.
