World's most famous chainsaw manufacturer coming to Serbia - Germany's Stihl to open regional office in Belgrade on September 6th

Germany's Stihl has announced in a release that it will ceremoniously open a regional office in Serbia in Belgrade on Friday, September 6th, which will be its 33th office of the kind in the world and the first in the region.

On that occasion, the attendees will be addressed by Hans Peter Stihl, an honorary board member who had been running the company for 30 years, Stihl Serbia CEO Dijana Peskir, and Norbert Pick, a board member and sales and marketing director at Stihl.

Stihl will also organize a traditional log cutting contest on this occasion, the release reads.

Stihl is a family firm employing 12,000 people. The Stihl Group operates on five continents, has 33 regional offices, 120 importers, and over 40,000 specialized points of sale in 160 countries around the world.

Since 1971, Stihl has officially been the No.1 chainsaw manufacturer in the global market, the release reads.
