Bank of Moscow Belgrade renamed as VTB Banka

Bank of Moscow Belgrade, a member of the VTB Group, has been renamed VTB Banka (Belgrade), Russian media have reported.

The Assembly of Shareholders of that credit organization made the appropriate decision on August 30th, the VTB Group said in a release.

Necessary changes will soon be made in the registry of juristic persons of Serbia and the document establishing the bank.

The decision to take over 100 percent of shares in Bank of Moscow Belgrade was made by the Council of VTB Bank on 15 April 2013, and the transaction was completed in May. At the moment, the bank is working on the integration into the group and the introduction of VTB standards in all fields.
