HVB Bank changes name into UniCredit Bank next year

HVB Bank in Serbia announced that it would change its name in 2007 into UniCredit Bank, which is a part of the procedure for introduction of unique brand for the members of UniCredit group in Cental and East Europe.

The process of integration of branches of the banks members of UniCredit group, which is underway in Central and East Europe, offers excellent opportunity for standardization of the looks of the brand in the region.

Unicredit banking group was formed at the end of the last year after merging of German HVB and Italian UniCredito group. With about 3,000 branches in 17 countries of Central and East Europe, it represents the leading banking network.
