State sells military property - buyers are offered 20 facilities

Republic Directorate for Property of Serbia has announced the tender for sale of 20 military facilities. These are 14 business premises in Novi Beograd, Žarkovo, on Banjica and in the city center, ranging in size from 19 to 165 square meters and ranging in starting price from 25,000 to 130,000 EUR.

Also, the military complex Ušće near Kraljevo is offered for sale with the facilities whose surface is 2,000 square meters and with the right to use of land of 51 are. The starting price is 12m RSD.

All those interested can also buy the Club of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro in Bela Crkva. The Club is 2,025 square meters big and its starting price is 35m RSD. Also, two office spaces in Bačka Topola and one office space in Novi Sad and one in Smederevska Palanka are offered for sale.
