Company "Delta holding" interested in takeover of Croatian "Diona"?

The news that businessman Đuro Gavrilović made arrangement about sale of trade company "Dinova-Diona" with the owner of "Delta holding" Miroslav Mišković spreads among the business circles in Zagreb.

However! The speculations about the sale are denied by the Gavrilovićs. Thus, Greta Gavrilović confirms that there were some potential foreign buyers interested in "Diona", but that the Gavrilovićs refused all offers.

Unofficially, Mišković's offer was the last one in the series of offers the Gavrilović's got for "Diona".

The fact that Mišković is interested in "Diona" is very interesting from the aspect of recent intensification of talks between Ivica Todorović and Mišković about merging of "Delta" and "Konzum". Therefore, it is assumed that Mišković definitely wants to enter market of Croatia independently from the results of the project with "Agrokor".
