Sabac-based Inter-kop on Corridor X and XI building sites as of September

Sabac-based construction company Inter-kop announced in a release today that they expected their account to be unblocked soon so they could start working on Corridor X and XI building sites.

Preparations for the commencement of works on Corridor X construction site, that is, a stretch between Leskovac and Vladicin Han, are already underway, and Inter-kop will be formally introduced in the project around September 10th by Koridori Srbije as the investor, the release reads.

The value of these works, for which a loan has been taken out from the European Investment Bank, is at about EUR 57 million.

According to the release, Inter-kop should sign an agreement in early September to carry out works on the Corridor XI building site, on a stretch between Belgrade and Obrenovac, which are due to commence October 1st.

These works will be financed with the proceeds of a Chinese loan, and it is estimated that Inter-kop will sign agreements for EUR 30 million worth of projects.
