Japan's Takata coming to Serbia - Airbag manufacturer to hire 1,000 workers

Aeksandar Vucic stated today that numerous foreign companies were coming to Serbia, including Germany's Mercedes and a Japanese firm.

- We want Serbia to be economically much stronger than before. Negotiations with Mercedes on Ikarbus are now in the final phase, and we also expect Mercedes to invest in FAP in Priboj - Vucic announced.

- We also expect a Japanese company from the automotive industry to create 1,000 jobs in Serbia - said the first deputy prime minister.

Unofficially, the Japanese airbag manufacturer Takata should arrive in Serbia. As eKapija learned, it is still examining the market, but no final decision has been made yet.
