Consumers in Great Britain throw away catalogues that are delivered to their home addresses because they mainly use services of on-line shopping on the internet. While catalogue sale decreased from 53 to 25%, the researches show that one of three grown-ups in Great Britain bought some product via internet last year. All reports points to the fact that the time when "thick and heavy" catalogues were trend have passed, but the experts think that the companies that sell their products by means of catalogue have to take Internet as new opportunity, not as an obstacle. Companies Amazon and QVC succeeded in maximal using of advantages of on-line shopping and they doubled their incomes in this way. After the Germans, the British have, so far, been the biggest fans of catalogue sale.
