(FBIH) Privatization of Energopetrol - OMV, Hungarian-Croatian MOLINA and Euroinžinjering Tuzla interested

Commission for selection of strategic partner in additional capitalization of Sarajevo-based Energopetrol will have choose one of three bidders until Thursday. Negotiations on take-over of 67% of State-owned capital of this petroleum company will be continued with the selected bidder in May.

Director of the Privatization Agency of Federation of BiH, Rešad Žutić, said that the Commission would decide before April 28 who to negotiate with - Austrian OMV, Hungarian-Croatian MOLINA or Euroinžinjering from Tuzla. Their offers were opened on April 15 when it was announced that, within 10 days, one of the bidder would be selected for further negotiations with the Government of Federation of BiH. The negotiations will be ended prior to May 20 when, as it was announced, new majority owner of Petroleum Company of BiH will be known.
