Investment opportunity on Kopaonik – City of Kragujevac plans construction of modern tourist complex

City of Kragujevac represented few attractive investment projects related to the construction of future tourist complex on Kopaonik at the Fair of Real Estates and Investments, which is in progress under the roof of EXPO XXI.

- One of these programs is dedicated to the construction of new tourist capacities on Kopaonik. The projected facilities should be built on the land of about 60 are that is owned by the City – said Svetlana Vujnović from the project management service for "Ekapija".

- There is already holiday hostel for children and youth on surface of 1,400 square meters on that location, but what we need now is the investor interested in investment in reconstruction of the existing and construction of the new buildings - Svetlana explains.

She pointed out that the ownership-legal and building-city planning issues (first of all, possibility of construction of facilities of up to 2,500 square meters) had been completely settled, which is one of the biggest advantages of investment in that complex.
