Quality and comfort at lower price - company "Neopolis building" continues project for construction of housing complexes in Belgrade's suburbs

Belgrade-based company "Neopolis building", according to the words of main architect Vesna Krivačević, will try to represent in best way all capabilities and wide spectrum of activities this renowned building and architectural company offers at the Fair of Real Estates and Investments in Novi Beograd-based EXPO XXI.

- "Neopolis", with full financial autonomy, draws plans for and builds facilities of all purposes and structures, with the respect of needs and requests of the end-users – said architect Ljubomir Vojvodić for "Ekapija".

He pointed out that "Neopolis" stands out in the strong competition of building companies in Serbia with very favorable terms for procurement of apartments and office space.

- We are highly competitive on the real estates market in Belgrade due to very favorable prices. We find locations in the city suburbs, that is, in the settlements such as Mirijevo and Vidikovac, and there we build the apartments of the same quality as the ones in the center, but much cheaper – Vojvodić adds.

Although it successfully operates only on the territory of Belgrade at the moment, "Neopolis building" should, according to the words of Vesna Krivačević, soon start construction of new Sports-Recreation Center in Novi Pazar.
