MIHAJLOVIC: Goldman Sachs's suggestions underway

The Minister of Energy, Zorana Mihajlovic, announced on Tuesday (July 30, 2013) that she was expecting a reply from Goldman Sachs which is interested in capital increase of the company in restructuring, Rudarsko-topionicarski basen Bor (Mining-melting basin Bor).

- We are expecting that Goldman Sachs will have certain suggestions with respect to RTB Bor, a company in restructuring process and to oil and oil derivatives storage reserves - Mihajlovic said to journalists in the Assembly of Serbia.

She could not state the exact date but she said it would be "very quickly", considering, as she said, "speed oof work" of these kinds of banks.

She reminded that Serbia was visited twice by the Goldman Sachs delegation - July 24 and 25. The first visit was from London delegation and the second one from New York. They were discussing with representatives of the Serbian Government on projects our country offers for funding as well as forming obligatory oil reserves in Serbia.
