"U. S. Steel Srbija" to build green zone

Company "U. S. Steel Srbija" has started construction of green zone 600 m long in Smederevo in the vicinity of the factory grounds, on area between gate "Ralja" and the namesake river.

General manager Daglas Metjuz stated that the company would always be "good neighbor" to Municipality of Smederevo and local communities that are in the vicinity of the factory.

The project for construction of green zone in company "U. S. Steel Srbija" was elaborated by the Institute for Forestry Engineering from Belgrade and the contractor is Public Company "Srbija šume-Šumsko gazdinstvo Beograd".
