Dividend to NIS shareholders in August or September

The Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) will pay out dividend to its shareholders in late August or early September, NIS CEO Kirill Kravchenko said today.

He told the press conference that NIS had prepared everything to start paying dividend, reminding that shareholders would be paid a total of RSD 12.4 billion in dividend, that is, the gross amount of RSD 75.83 per share.

Kravchenko also said that NIS generated a profit of RSD 19.1 billion in H1 2013, down 13 percent from the same period last year.

NIS previously made a decision to pay out 25 percent of last year's net profit of about RSD 49 billion to shareholders as dividend.
