Investor freed from fees – company "Metalfer" to have new factory built in Sremska Mitrovica - 15m EUR

In accordance with the municipal regulations, the manager of the Directorate for Construction of Sremska Mitrovica, Radmila Radojčić, has signed the contract with the manager of company "Metalfer", Branko Zečević, according to which that company is freed from the obligation of paying taxes for building land that will be used for the construction of rolling mill for steel armature by the second half of year 2007.

The future factory will occupy 5,000 square meters and 15m EUR will be invested in its construction and equipping.

The projected capacity of the factory, which will employ 150 workers in the first phase, is 300,000 tons of steel armature on annual basis.
