Energoprojekt registers dividend in shares - Share capital increased by RSD 506.8 million

Energoprojekt announced in a release on Friday (19 July 2013) after the stock exchange trading that it had registered the 9th issue of ordinary shares, thus increasing the share capital by RSD 506.8 million through the issue of 993,754 ordinary shares.

Based on this, every shareholder who held shares in aforementioned company on June 28th (the AGM date) is entitled to a dividend in shares in the amount of 10 percent of the number of shares he or she held.

These shares are already entered into the Central Securities Register, which means that they can be freely traded as of this week.

Let us remind that Energoprojekt shares has lost 8.2 percent in value since the beginning of the year. With the share price of RSD 555, the company's market cap is at RSD 6 billion (EUR 53.4 million).
