Novi Sad Fair in search for privatization councillor

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced invitation for collecting of letters of interest from the financial councillors for privatization of the Novi Sad Fair.

The Agency offers 70% of public and 100% of state-owned assets for sale, which is total of 55.1% of registered capital of the Novi Sad Fair. The structure of capital is made of 42.34% of public, 22.47% of state-owned and 35.19% of private capital.

The Novi Sad Fair owns 231,842 square meters of land and buildings of total surface of 66,262 square meters. The deadline for delivery of letters is November 13, 2006. All domestic and foreign consulting companies are invited to deliver their bids.
