Polish PZU confirms its interest in taking over Triglav


Polish insurance company, PZU, confirmed its interest in taking over Slovenian Triglav.
- We are interested in purchasing shares if the opportunity arises - company PR representative, Mihal Vitkovski, said.
The Slovenian Government should start the sales process of a 60% stake in Triglav in the fall. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia, Karl Erjavec, said after visiting Poland that the parliament should also confirm the strategic privatization program, Seebiz portal reports, citing Bloomberg.
