Open competition announced for selection of privatization councillor for PKB

On October 26, 2006, the Privatization Agency of Serbia announced open competition for selection of the financial advisor for privatization of Agricultural Corporation "Beograd" (PKB).
The money for payment of services of financial advisor has been provided from the donations of the European Agency for Reconstruction.
The Combine owns 64.96% of assets, the State owns 34.7%, whereas 0.3% of the assets of PKB is in the private ownership.
Total of 70% of public and the entire state-owned capital are offered for sale.
