Sberbank funds export to Russia

Russian Sberbank and the Agency for Insurance and Agency of the Republic of Serbia (AOFI) signed cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Sergey Gorkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Mladjan Dinkic, Minister of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia.

As it was said in the bank announcement, the agreement was directed to supporting cooperation through financial services, insurance and guarantee services for goods and services exported from the Republic of Serbia and promotion of trading cooperation of Serbia with other countries.

- The agreement will help Serbian companies to eneter the market of Community of Independent States and Easteuropean market and it will also enable new options for investments and business for corporate clients in Sberbanka - Sergey Gorkov said.

President of the Executive Board of Sberbank Serbia, Valery Ovsyanikov said that signing of this agreement is a good signal for all Serbian companies - exporters to Russian Federation, Community of Independent States and all countries in East Europe where Sberbank operates.

- After introduction of Russian rouble in Serbia (exchange affairs, payment operations, deposits), which is a typical example of improving business environment for companies in Serbia which export to Russian Federation, this is another step in activities related to import and export projects with Russia, Community of Independent States and other countries. Sberbank of Russia, as the biggest Russian bank, is bringing new philosophy of business into bankin sector of Serbia and we are interested in long-term relationships with companies of all profiles as well as with governmental sector and public companies- Ovsyanikov pointed out.
