Daimler AG made a decision that instead of through direct branch office, Mercedes cars in Serbia and Montenegro will from now on will be marketed in conjunction with a new dealer, Swiss company Emil Frey.
The existing sales and service networks will remain the same, so that the continuity of communication with all our customers of Mercedes-Benz would remain unchanged, according to Daimler.
Since 1996, Daimler in Serbia has been engaged in the sale and service of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, vans and trucks and buses, including Smart, Fuso and Setra.
Until the signing of the contract, the markets of Serbia and Montenegro were the only one in the region where direct branch office of this company was doing wholesale for Daimler AG. After restructuring, Emil Frey Group will take over this function.
Daimler claims that the reorganization process will not affect business in our market, which according to their words, is one of the most important in the region.
The existing sales and service networks will remain the same, so that the continuity of communication with all our customers of Mercedes-Benz would remain unchanged. This goes for the price of the vehicles as well.
