Austrians and Japanese in Vienna analyse investment opportunities of countries of Western Balkans

Austrian-Japanese economic forum named "Austria-Japan Economic Development Forum of the Western Balkans" will be held on Monday, October 30, 2006, in Vienna, and its main subject will be the business environment and investment opportunities in the countries of the Western Balkans.
The organizers of this forum are Austrian Ministry of Economy and Labour and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce of Austria and Agency for World Bank Export Promotion (MIGA).
The introductory speech will be held by Mr Yoshio Ishizaka, the executive vice president of Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. The investment advantages of Serbia will be presented by MA Bojan Janković - SIEPA.
The second part of the meeting will be dedicated to the experiences of Austrian and Japanese enterprises that are already present at the market of the West Balkans (Raiffeisenbank-Serbia, Hödimayer-Zastava Ltd., EVN-ESM Macedonia, Daido Metal Kotor AD (www.daidokotor.com), etc.), as well as to the role of Austrian and Japanese agencies for promotion of trade and investments.
The representatives of the Embassy of Serbia and the manager of the Office of Chamber of Commerce of Serbia to Austria will take part in this forum.
