Sea Breeze construction starts - 25 villas in the first stage in Kavca at Kotor

On Friday (July 12th, 2013) the President of the Municipality of Kotor, Marija Catovic, and founder of Boka Group, John Gvozdenovic Kennedy, made ​​ the beginning of works on the construction of 50 luxury villas in the Sea Breeze project in Kavac. Kennedy announced the construction of 25 villas in the first stage and pointed out that the interest of customers is huge.

- The first sold villa is the most expensive one, a million euros. Prices range from 400,000 to a million. Microclimate here is phenomenal. If it even rains in Kotor , there is sun in Kavca - Kennedy said and thanked the municipality of Kotor on cooperation in project implementation.

He pointed out that luxury villas can be bought in installments with favorable bank loans.

- Here, you sit on the terrace and watch the golf course, and a little to the right the sea towards Porto Montenegro - Kennedy, who did not specify the price at which the land was purchased from private owners said, adding that the square meter in Kavac now totals EUR 60-100.

The Mayor of Kotor pointed out that the municipality supports all development projects, especially those which respect the environment and tradition.

- The Sea Breeze project is of special importance for Kotor, especially for Kavac settlement, I will welcome new residents of Kavac and Kotor municipality - Marija Catović said.
