Mlekara Subotica dairy sells its stake in AD Kelebija

Serbian dairy Mlekara Subotica sold a majority stake in the agricultural company AD Kelebija to Cyprus-based Arious Limited that has so far invested about RSD 83 million in the shares of this company.

Arious Limited is already registered in the Central Securities Register as the owner of an 82.5 percent stake in AD Kelebija.

- Considering that Mlekara Subotica has sold its stake, we should expect a takeover bid for the remaining shares at the current share price - Radivoj Belancic from the broker company SDB Broker told Tanjug news agency.
