Jobs for 100 workers in Kosjeric - Slovakians to finish textile plant, Czechs to start footwear production

Several factories will be opened in Kosjeric by the year's end, which is a good news for numerous workers who have lost their jobs in the past few years, Kosjeric Mayor Milijan Stojanic told Tanjug news agency.

First 100 workers will get a job soon, says Stojanic.

- Slovakians are about to finish a facility to accommodate a textile plant for sewing uniforms. We are also looking for a site for a footwear factory to be opened by a Czech company. We hope that a water factory will also open by the year's end - Stojanic stresses.
