Terms defined of contract with "Gazprom" on supply of gas to Serbia

- The representatives of the companies "Srbijagas" and "Gas-eksport" (part of "Gazprom") have defined the terms of the contract on supply of gas from Russia to Serbia in 2007, which should be signed at the beginning of December 2006 - said the deputy of the general manager of "Srbijagas" Rajko Simin.

He pointed out that the base of the new contract would be the contract from year 2006, which included delivery of 10m cubic meters of gas per day during winter months, with smaller changes related to the payment deadlines.

According to the words of Simin, there is possibility of enlargement of the delivery for one or two million cubic meters per day in "critical situations", when the temperature is very low, but that will be discussed at the next meeting in Moscow.
