Germans co-finance construction of business center and hotel in Subotica, €14m

The cornerstone for construction of new hotel and new business center in Subotica have been laid in very center of the city. According to the investor, that building should be one of the biggest and the most beautiful in the city. German citizen Rudolf Walter invested money in that project in the name of two investment companies ``Giba`` and ``Vama``, which he co-owns. The building should be completed by the end of January 2007. Total value of the investment is €14m. The hotel and business center will be built on 28,000 square meters and they will have two-floor underground garage with 220 parking places. The hotel will have four stars, while the business center will be equipped with the up-to-date technology, with comfortable offices, five restaurants and one panorama restaurant. The building will have external panorama elevator, whereas water fountain will be built in the center of the building.
