MN Specialty steels - owner of ironworks in Niksic?

The British company MN Specialty steels could become in ten days the owner of the Ironworks in Niksic, as announced by the president of the Board of directors of ironworks and director of Montenegro Agency for restructurating of commerce, Branko Vujovic.

According to his words, "a great number of detailes" have been agreed so far for the purchase of the Ironworks. The buyer has obliged with making deposit of certain amount of money in one Montenegro bank that it guaranteed investments in the Ironwoeks of 117 millions eur for 5 years. It has been agreed that 1.500 of workers stay in the factory, and the status of over numbered is still in process
