"Farmakom MB" and "Multicompany" - partners in distribution of "Black Horse" acumulator

"Farmakom MB" concern from Sabac and Novi Sad's company "Multicompany have made an agreement about distribution of acumulator from the production program of Sombor's factory of acumulators.

"Farmakom" has bought a majority package of shares in Sombor's producer and it continued with agressive attitude at the market regardless of the fact that the famous domestic brand from the factory "Black Horse" already controls over 70% of the acumulators market in Serbia.

With the contract with "Multicompany" the new owner prooved that it follows up the market's happenings and in this quick growing company that had started with work in the beginning of 2006 it recognized a partner that will in the next period mark the market of car parts in Serbia.

"Multicompany" deals within "General group" and it already has over 50 emploees and it represents some of the leading producers from car branch as "Bosch", "Federal Mogul", "Shell", "Michelin" and "Osram".
