OTP Bank took over Zepter Bank for 32 millions eur

Hungarian OTP bank announced yesterday (October, 16th, 2006) that it had successfully finished taking over of 75,1% of the capital of Zepter bank from Belgrade for around 2,7 billions dinars or around 32 millions eur.

OTP bank took a total of 94.234 shares of Zepter bank for the price of 28.249 dinars per share.The Hungarian bank had bought in December of 2005, 89,4% of the capital of Niska bank for 14,2 millions eur, and in July it had bought Kulska bank from Novi Sad for 118,6 millions eur.
