Israeli company and City of Nis to establish company for producing healthy food - Jobs for 400 workers

Israel's MC Group and the City of Nis will establish a joint venture to operate in the agricultural industry. This company will be producing healthy food in greenhouses in villages Gornja Toponica and Mezgraja, the City Hall of Nis said in a release.

- Greenhouses will be built on a land spanning about 60 hectares, and all healthy food produced will be intended for export - Assistant Mayor Jovan Stojkovic told the press.

The Israeli company and the City of Nis will hold a stake of 51 percent and 49 percent, respectively. This partnership should enable the creation of about 400 jobs as well as the employment of about 1,000 workers in a later phase.
