Privatization Agency calls on investors to invest in three Zastava companies

The Privatization Agency on Friday (7 June 2013) called on all investors interested in privatizing Kragujevac-based Grupa Zastava Vozila (Zastava Vehicles Group) and Zastava Kamioni (Zastava Trucks) and Sombor-based Zastava Specijalni Automobili (Zastava Special Cars) to submit their letter of intent.

An invitation for all interested investors to submit their letter of intent for the privatization of aforementioned three companies is also published on the website of the Agency.

The Agency invites all physical and juristic persons interested in taking part in the privatization procedure to submit a letter of intent stating their view on a transaction through which to carry out the privatization procedure, either partially or completely.

Prospective investors are to submit their letter of intent to the Agency by June 20th at the latest.
