Erste bank wants to get 4% of the banking market of Serbia

The Austrian Ertse bank which enterd the Serbian market by buying Novi Sad's bank exactley a year ago, finished its period of transformation and as Sava Dalibakov, the President of the Eexcutive board said, they are now ready for the race.

They intend to get in the next period 3 to 4 % of the banking market of Serbia. This bank also plans to open up 50 more money machines by the end of 2006 and to introduce a new informational system in the bank.

This bank has placed so far 40,7 millions eur to the market in Serbia, and gathered 66,5 millions eur from the citizens' savings.
